That's okay. That's what we're here for.
Tell us what's happening and we'll help you understand what might make sense. You don't need to know what kind of care you need before you speak to us.
Here are a few kinds of care we're good at. Don't worry about choosing the right one. Tell us what's happening and we'll help you figure out what suits your folks.
When a little help through the day is all you need.

Keeping the house in order. Getting to appointments. Remembering medicines. Getting through the day when doing things alone isn't as easy as it used to be.
Ideal for folks who: are mostly independent but need some help through the day, live alone, have started finding everyday tasks a little difficult or simply need someone around.
When they need a little more personal help.

Bathing, dressing, eating, using the washroom and other things that are deeply personal. We help with them patiently and respectfully, without making them feel like they've lost their independence.
Ideal for folks who: need regular help with personal care, have difficulty managing bathing, dressing or using the washroom on their own, or need more consistent support because of reduced mobility or age-related dependence.
For when getting around isn't as easy as it used to be.

Getting out of bed. Walking. Moving from one place to another. We provide the physical support your folks need to move safely and confidently, along with exercises and movement routines that can support recovery and mobility.
Ideal for folks who: need physical support to move around, are recovering from a fall, injury or surgery, have reduced mobility or need help with exercises and everyday movement.
Coming home should make things easier for everyone..

The new routine. The recovery. The doctor's instructions. We help your folks settle back home and use our care systems to make sure what the doctor has asked for actually happens. Regular check ins, medication and the care routine are monitored and managed throughout.
Ideal for folks who: are coming home after a stroke, fracture, surgery or illness and need support through recovery, particularly when family members can't be there throughout.
Every family's situation is different. If you need something we're not the right fit for, we'll tell you that too. And if we know someone who can help, we'll point you in the right direction. That's part of how we care.

We can’t really tell you what your folks’ care will cost until we understand what they need. That's a real conversation, not a form. And it's free.
